Mala Information

Choosing Your Mala

This is a very personal and sacred experience. My advice is – don’t go with what you think you need. Be drawn to the piece that catches your eye because it feels right. Whether you use these beads for chanting or meditation, or just wear them because they’re beautiful, I know they will feel absolutely amazing in your hands.

Stone Properties

The truth is, this too is highly personal. The way a stone makes you feel may be very different to the way it makes somebody else feel. Again, go with what you’re drawn to. Typically, stones relate to the Chakra system. Do you wish for grounding, balance or elevation? Let such questions be your guide. Do some research, intuitive or otherwise.

Caring For Your Mala 

My Mala’s are made to near-perfection with high-quality silk thread. You’ll have to take good care of them to ensure that they last a long time. This means no tugging on them, getting them wet or greasy, etc.

Mala Repairs

Mala’s can eventually break, often symbolising the end of one cycle and the beginning of the next. If your Mala breaks within 40 days of purchase, I will happily restring it for you for free. After this point, I charge a $40 fee for necklace restringing and $10 fee for bracelets. I do my best to replicate the original but please note that for particularly unique pieces, this may not always be a possibility.

Shipping 

All my products go out in mint condition and are packaged well to keep them safe as they make their way to you. Shipping charges exactly match Australia Post shipping rates.

Local Pickup

For Sydney residents, you may use the coupon code “PICKUP” to collect your products from me personally. Contact me ASAP after purchase to schedule a time to collect your items.

Exchanges and Refunds

All sales are final. I do not issue exchanges or refunds for change of mind or damage to a product once it’s in your hands.

Readings, Yoga & Events

Again, all sales are final. I am happy to reschedule a session once upon request. I do not provide rescheduling or refunds for no-shows.
